Nobody on the committee needs to work this out. Just tell me who has what, and I will send the access requests to the right place. All anyone has to do is click Approve in an email.

I will never ask for a password, and you should never send one in a form — not to me, not to anyone.

GoDaddy, Namecheap. Not sure is fine. On GoDaddy? Even easier — it has a built-in Delegate Access invite that lets me manage the domain with no password ever changing hands. I will send you the two-minute steps.
This is the one thing I genuinely need — it tells me where to send the access request.
Does the club send email from that domain?Important: if you do, I have to carry those settings across or club email stops working the day we switch. I will not touch it until you confirm.
Add me as an Editor there and the site and page can share the same schedule and photos.

Photos from previous years do more to sell next year's show than anything I can write. Crowd shots, cars on the field, awards, the swap meet — send whatever the club has.

Photo sets from a show are far too big for a form. Use the upload link below — it opens a simple upload page. No account, no app, no sign-in. Add your files, put your name in, done. Any size, as many as you like.
