Websites for swap meets

A swap meet website that sells the spaces for you.

Space pricing published, applications that arrive complete, and buyers who know the dates without asking. Your spaces stop living in your DMs. From $900.

Your event, specifically

A swap meet is two audiences at once.

Sellers renting spaces, buyers deciding if it's worth the drive. The site has to serve both.

01

The space-sales grind

Every space sold starts the same way: what does it cost, how big is it, is power included, where is it. Answering that forty times by DM is a part-time job. Publishing it once is a website.

Published pricing sells spaces alone.

02

The worth-the-drive question

Buyers drive an hour for a good swap meet and zero minutes for a mystery. Dates, hours, admission, and photos of past rows tell them what they're getting before dawn on Saturday.

Photos of full rows fill next year's rows.

03

The stale-page trap

A Facebook page whose last post is from the spring meet reads as "maybe canceled." A site with a countdown to the next date reads as alive — and it updates itself.

The countdown does the reassuring.

Built in

What a swap meet site gets from me.

Everything on the standard build, built for space rentals and buyers.

Space pricing & map published

10 × 10, corner, power included — every option with its price, on a searchable map. Sellers see exactly what's available and what it costs. When a space books, you mark it sold, and the map updates in seconds.

Vendor applications

Applications built in — seller fills out the form, you approve or decline. No email tag with questions, no spreadsheet. The application has everything you need to say yes.

Photos of past meets

The full rows, the crowd early in the morning before it gets hot, full booths. Buyers scroll and decide it's worth the drive. Sellers see a place worth being at.

Buyer admission & ticketing

Gate hours, admission price, and a link to buy tickets if you want them online. Buyers know what to expect and when to show up.

Proof, not promises

Built from a real event site.

My shipped show site is a three-day car show and campout — same bones a swap meet needs: vendor intake, space mapping, photo galleries, and a countdown to the next event.

Vendor applications and integrations, galleries from 2024 through 2026, pricing transparency, and an auto-countdown. Same architecture a swap meet needs to fill spaces and bring buyers.

Swap meet website questions

What should a swap meet website have on it?

Next date and hours, loud and clear. Space pricing and a map showing where every size and power level is — every space type and its cost answered once. Photos from last meet. Admission price and link to buy tickets if you sell them online. And how to apply for a space.

Can I collect vendor applications on the site?

Yes, on the Full Show Site and Show Platform tiers. Vendor fills it out, application comes to your inbox complete. You approve or decline from a dashboard, and the seller gets an email. No spreadsheet, no phone tag, no half-filled forms.

What if I need to change a date or add a meet?

You email me and the date updates across the site. The countdown changes automatically, and everyone sees the new timeline. With the organizer login add-on, you post date changes yourself from your phone.

Can I show which spaces are sold?

Yes. On the Show Platform tier the space map shows real-time availability — as you approve applications, spaces mark sold. Sellers see what's open, and you don't have to answer "is that corner 10 × 10 still available."

Do you work with swap meets in other states?

Yes. I build for swap meet organizers nationwide. Same architecture works whether it's monthly, quarterly, or seasonal — published space pricing and applications that turn the grind into a pipeline.

See it before you commit to it.

I build the real, finished site first — you take it to see how your spaces lay out before the balance is due. Tell me your next date and roughly how many spaces, and I'll come back the same day with a real number.
