Websites for county fairs
Five days, three arenas, forty vendors, and one phone number that rings off the wall — unless the answers live somewhere public. Priced for a fair board budget, from $900.
Your event, specifically
Livestock shows, grandstand acts, vendors, the midway, and exhibits — each with its own audience asking its own questions.
Tuesday is livestock judging, Friday is the demolition derby, and the band plays Saturday. A PDF schedule from the print shop can't be searched, tapped, or corrected when the derby moves an hour. A day-by-day page can.
Nobody reads a fair from a PDF.
Food trucks and craft vendors book months out, and every one starts with the same call: what's a space cost, what's included, who do I talk to. An application on the site answers all three and lands in your inbox complete.
Complete applications, not phone tag.
Admission, parking, hours, what's free with a gate ticket and what isn't — asked hundreds of times, answered once on a page. Every question the site answers is a call the fair office doesn't take during fair week.
The office has enough to do.
Built in
Everything on the standard build, tuned for a multi-day fair.
Day-by-day pages that a visitor can check from the grandstand — what's on today, what time, which arena. When something moves, it's corrected once on the site instead of forty times on Facebook. The countdown and "today at the fair" framing keep the homepage useful all week.
Space pricing published, application on the site, submissions in your inbox with everything you need to say yes — food trucks, craft vendors, commercial booths.
Parking, gates, arenas, barns, restrooms, first aid — the map people actually pull up standing in the sun.
Sponsor tiers with logos where businesses can see them, and a home for exhibit rules or premium book downloads if your fair runs them.
Weather delay, arena change, lost kid at the office — post it once and it's on every page. Add the organizer login and your staff posts it themselves.
Proof, not promises
My shipped show site is a three-day car show and campout — same bones a fair needs: multi-day schedule, sponsors, grounds map, galleries, announcements.
3-day campout · Park City, Kansas
Multi-day schedule, sponsor tiers and logo wall, grounds map, galleries from 2024 through 2026, and an organizer dashboard pulling live visitor numbers. Entries run through CarShowPro and the site funnels people to it from every page.

When the site runs the fair
50% deposit to start, balance at launch — the board sees the finished site first. Season plans from $600/yr, or own it outright for +$900 with no recurring fees.
The schedule broken out by day, because a fair is really five events in a row. Admission and parking, plainly stated. How vendors apply and what a space costs. Entertainment and grandstand acts. A fairgrounds map. And who to contact for what — livestock questions and funnel cake questions do not go to the same person.
Yes. Vendor and food booth applications are built in on the Show Platform tier — the application comes to your inbox with everything you need to say yes or no, instead of a phone call that turns into six more phone calls.
I build the real, finished site first, you take it to the board meeting, and nobody pays the balance until they've seen it. Yearly pricing instead of monthly, because that's what a board can approve — or buy it outright for +$900 and there's no recurring line item at all.
Weather delays, schedule changes, a canceled act — you email me and it's up. Full Season plans cover same-day updates through the whole run. Or add the announcement banner with an organizer login, and whoever's on duty posts it themselves from a phone.
Your fair association does. The domain is registered in the organization's name, in its own account. I manage it, but if the board ever wants to move it, I hand off the files and help.
I build the real, finished site first — take it to the meeting before the balance is due. Tell me your dates and what the fair runs, and I'll come back the same day with a real number.
Different kind of event? I also build websites for car shows, festivals, rodeos, and swap meets.
