What I built

A website for a working HVAC company has a few jobs: let people book, explain the services, show where the company works, and give existing customers somewhere to go. Here is what is on the live site, row by row. Counts are from the site's own sitemap, re-counted on 2026-10-04.

  1. Online booking

The booking link on the home page opens HouseCall Pro's online booking.

  2. Llama Loyalty Club

A maintenance membership page. It says members get 2 free tune-ups, priority service and no after-hours fees.

  3. Customer portal

A customer portal page at /portal.

  4. Financing

    A financing page at /financing.

  5. Service pages

Eight service pages: AC installation, AC repair, marine and boat AC, mini-splits, furnace repair, heat pumps, duct cleaning and whole-home air purification. An air-quality FAQ page sits beside them.

  6. Town pages

20 location pages that cover 17 towns around Grand Lake, among them Grove, Jay, Pryor and Vinita. Three of the pages are extra Grove pages for AC repair, mini-splits and heat pumps.

  7. Articles

14 blog articles, plus the blog index.

  8. Service-area map

An interactive service-area map, linked from the navigation.

  9. Size

55 URLs in the live sitemap as of 2026-10-04. The site has no public equipment catalog.

Who it's for

Cozy Llama is a residential HVAC company, locally owned, serving the Grand Lake region of Oklahoma. The site describes it as not a national chain, and that is the point it makes to a homeowner choosing who to call: a nearby company, the services listed plainly, a way to book, and a membership for ongoing maintenance.

I own the company, so this is the one site where every decision is mine: what goes on the page and what gets left out. Cozy Llama is my own company, which makes it the most direct example I can show of what I build.

If you run a heating and cooling company, the HVAC websites page covers what a Dispatch site for one includes. The rest of the sites I have built are on the work page.
