My own company
Cozy Llama
Residential HVAC in Oklahoma. It's my own company, and its website is the live proof of what I build. The detail, page by page, is in the case study.
About Dispatch
I'm JonMark Morton. I own Cozy Llama, my own company, a residential HVAC business in Oklahoma. Through Dispatch I build websites for other businesses, clubs and events, and I build every one of them myself.
Why a contractor builds websites
Cozy Llama is my own company: a locally owned residential HVAC business serving the Grand Lake region of Oklahoma, not a national chain. When it needed a website that worked, I built it myself.
That site has online booking through HouseCall Pro, a maintenance membership called the Llama Loyalty Club, a customer portal page, a financing page, location pages for 17 towns around Grand Lake, and 14 articles, as of October 2026. It's the site I know best, because I'm the one who needs it to bring in work.
Every feature I offer through Dispatch gets tried on my own business before I offer it to yours. I know what a slow week feels like, what a tune-up is worth, and why a quiet October is a problem. That's the whole reason to hire someone who runs a business instead of someone who only reads about them. The software isn't the hard part anymore. Having someone who owns the problem is.

How I work
There's no account manager, no offshore team and no ticket queue. These are the rules I work by.
The person who talks to you is the person who writes the code. When you need the holiday hours changed or a photo of the new truck added, you email me or book a call and it's done that day.
I build the real, finished site first. You look at it on your own phone, click every button, show it to your spouse. If you don't want it, you don't pay the balance and we shake hands.
It's registered in your name, in your own account, and you can take it anywhere. I manage it for you, but I don't hold it hostage.
Nobody honest can. What I can do is set up your Google Business Profile properly, build pages for local search and keep the site fast, which is most of what moves local rankings.
Two sides, one person
Dispatch builds websites for businesses, clubs and events of any kind. Home service companies are the ones I understand best, because I run one. If that's you, the HVAC websites page is written for your trade, and the published prices start at $1,500.
Showrunner by Dispatch is the events side: car shows, fairs, festivals, rodeos and swap meets. It's the same person with a different pricing model. Event sites run on a yearly season plan instead of a monthly one, or you can own the site outright. You can see how that works on the event websites page and the event pricing page.
Dispatch is the name I work under. The legal company behind it is GLOC-S LLC. I'm based in Oklahoma and I build for clients across the United States, all of it by email and booked calls, because I've never needed to be in the same room to build someone a good site.
