Let's get your site started.

Now that we have talked, this is where you put it all in writing. Take it in whatever order you like — it saves as you go, so you can stop and come back. Anything you are unsure about, leave blank and we will cover it on the next call.

1Your businessName, email, phone, where you are.
Street address if you have a shop, or the city you work out of.
TACLA, TDLR, EPA, whatever applies.
2What you doServices, brands, how you work.
Which of these do you do?Tick everything that applies.
This is the work the site will push hardest. Be specific if you can.
Who do you serve?
Do you offer any of these?
3Where you workService area and hours.
List them out — every town you name is a page that can rank for that town.
4Your lookLogo and colors.
Any format you have — PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, even the original file from your sign shop. If it is bigger than 6 MB, use the upload link below instead.
Hex codes if you know them, otherwise describe.
Trucks, signage, shirts, or a site you think looks sharp.
5What you have nowCurrent site, reviews, social.
A name is plenty. I mostly need to know whether anyone still has the files.
Google, Facebook, Angi — anywhere you have good ones.
6Access I will needSo I can point the domain and manage your Google listing.

You do not have to work any of this out yourself. Just tell me who has what, and I will send the access requests to the right place. All you will have to do is click Approve in an email when it lands.

I will never ask you for a password, and you should never send one in a form — not to me, not to anyone.

Your web address (domain)
GoDaddy, Namecheap, Network Solutions. Not sure is fine. On GoDaddy? Even easier — it has a built-in Delegate Access invite that lets me manage the domain with no password ever changing hands. I will send you the two-minute steps.
This is the one thing I genuinely need — it tells me where to send the access request.
Do you send email from your domain?Important: if you do, I have to carry those settings across or your email stops working the day we switch. I will not touch it until you confirm.
Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or whoever hosts your current site.
Google Business ProfileThe listing with your reviews that shows up in Google Maps.
If you know it. If not, leave it — I can send a request through Google and the owner gets a one-click approval.
If yes I will link them up rather than start from zero.
7Your storyThe part that makes people call you and not the other guy.
Plain language is best. This becomes your About page.
8PhotosJob photos, trucks, team, equipment.

Real photos of your work and your crew beat stock photography every time. Trucks, before-and-afters, the team, finished installs — send whatever you have, even phone pictures.

Sending photos

Photos are too big to attach to a form. Use the upload link below — it opens a simple upload page. No account, no app, no sign-in. Add your files, put your name in, done. Any size, as many as you like.

9What you wantGoals and anything to avoid.
Any industry — just tell me what you like about them.
10Anything elseThe stuff I did not think to ask.

Only your name, phone, and email are required. Everything else can be blank — we will fill the gaps together.

Something not working, or a question part-way through? Email hello@dispatchsites.com and I will sort it out.
